"but meat is like awesome and tasty and it is healthy! how do vegetarians survive??" Tofu! Tofu is ALL PROTEIN! You need iron? OK spinach! 180 g serving of boiled spinach contains 6.43 mg of iron, whereas one 170 g ground hamburger patty contains at most 4.42 mg. Think about it! Also, for people that NEED MEAT, that would only be if you had Anemia. Even then, you can take supplements for missing iron.
It's not protein that is the problem in a vegetarian diet, it's the essential amino acids. We need to balance that out a bit. Easiest way to do so? Eating beans or lentils AND grains such as rice.
Of course, both soy and quinoa are naturally balances, but beans and lentils are also full of iron.
It is so incredibly easy to be healthy and a vegetarian or even a vegan. Actually, iron deficiency is a risk for all women (25% of them in general) who are menstruating no matter how much meat they eat.
You know... If you had some more protein in your diet you might've had the brain power to make a good stamp. :/ You should never let the stamp contents overlap the border, it makes it look like a plain rectangle instead of a stamp.
